Do you provide printing services?Whilst we do not personally print our products, we do offer to organise all the printing for you at a small extra charge. This takes it off your hands, leaving you time for the more important aspects of event planning. Printing costs are invoiced separately to the design fee, please get in touch if you would like a quote. If you do not require printing, please select the digital options to receive editable templates that you can adapt and manage in your own time.

What options can I choose from for my signage?By default, our designs are set up to be best optimised for foam board printing. We do also have experience in producing acrylic signs using transfer vinyl, and fabric signs using iron on vinyl or digital printing. We can also produce transfer vinyl stickers in either permanent of removable vinyl qualities that you can apply yourself to materials such as mirrors, glass or plastic.

What are your payment terms for Bespoke Services?We require payment up front for all our Bespoke Services in order to secure your booking. Likewise, if we are organising any external costs, such as printing or materials, these will need to be paid for in advance of ordering.

I require more signage than specified in my chosen package, what do I do?If you are unsure about which package to go for, or need extra assistance in creating a custom package with extras, please get in touch via email. bellaritchieco@gmail.com

How does your 'Designed in a Week' service work?Upon payment, we'll reach out to schedule a one-week slot with you. Please note that this timeframe consists of five business days. If you need to include a weekend day, please contact us in advance. Our process begins with a discovery call on Monday morning, either via video or phone, where we'll discuss your ideas and existing event plans. Based on this conversation, I'll create mock-ups and templates for you to review before our progress call on Wednesday. Afterward, I'll make any necessary adjustments and finalise the designs to present to you by Friday. If you require additional changes to your stationery suite after the initial week, these will incur extra fees based on the scope of work and deadlines.

I need to change the wording on my designs, how can I do this?You will be provided with editable templates at the point of project completion. All wording can be edited at your leisure within the templates. If your designs have already been printed or manufactured, unfortunately they cannot be amended and would need to be re-ordered.

What are your current wait times for express services?We currently have approximately 1 month wait time, but this can vary so please do get in touch if you would like a quicker opening. If needed, we can move around the appointment schedule but this will incur an extra fee of £250, invoiced at the point of booking. Please get in touch.
